Charles W. ShaverPresident and Chief Executive Officer

Charles Shaver has more than 30 years of experience in the chemicals industry and has served as Chief Executive Officer and President and board director of TPC Group Inc. (TPC) since 2004. Mr. Shaver joined TPC Group from Gentek, where he was a Vice President and General Manager for the company's chemical operations, including General Chemicals. Prior to this, Mr. Shaver as Vice President and General Manager of the Performance Products division of Arch Chemicals. He began his career with Dow Chemical, where he held a series of operational and business positions. Mr. Shaver serves on the advisory council to the Look College of Engineering at Texas A&M University and is on the board of directors of the National Petrochemicals & Refiners Association and the American Chemistry Council (ACC). He is also a past board member of the American Polyurethane Institute and the Chlorine Chemistry Council. Mr. Shaver earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University.

Christopher A. Artzer was appointed as Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary in December 2004. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Artzer was counsel at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP in Houston, Texas. Mr. Artzer received a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University of Texas Law School.

Luis E. Batiz was appointed as Senior Vice President of Operations in March 2007. Mr. Batiz previously served as Vice President Production, Shell Oil Products, from 2004 to 2007, and as President of Best Business Solutions, a business brokerage firm, from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Batiz holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Puerto Rico and a M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Bloesch has more than 15 years of industry experience and leads the Strategic Planning Group. Responsible for Business Development and Business Analysis for the company, Mr. Bloesch draws upon experience from prior roles in engineering, planning, business analysis, supply chain, procurement, business development, and acquisitions. Prior to his current position, he served as Vice President , Supply Chain for the company and also led the business operations due diligence process for the Company's acquisition of our Port Neches Operations site - along with its subsequent integration and synergy achievement. Mr. Bloesch holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston, with concentration in Finance.

Glenn E. BohnyVice President, Commercial

Glenn Bohny has been with the Company for the last 21 years, serving in various logistics, sales and marketing and business management roles. He is currently responsible for the overall performance of TPC's Commercial group, which includes ensuring the supply of contract crude butadiene feedstock into the company's two C4 processing facilities and contract sales of all of TPC's chemical products to the marketplace. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Bohny served in various sales and marketing roles at CSX Transportation, a major transportation company. Mr. Bohny received a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Tech University.

Russell T. Crockett was appointed Senior Vice President, Commercial in September 2008. From April 2001 to January 2008, Mr. Crockett previously served as Vice President, Chemical Sales Americas for LyondellBasell Industries. He has also served as Vice President Responsible Care and Engineering, Hydrocarbons Plant Manager - Channelview, Business Director, Aromatics & Fuels and Treasury Management support for Lyondell Chemical Company from January 1996 to April 2001. Mr. Crockett began his career with EI Dupont de Nemours & Co., serving in successive business and operations assignments. Mr. Crockett holds an M.B.A. from University of Michigan and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Sandra Davis has been with our Company since November 2000. In October 2008 she was appointed Vice President of Business Performance & Analysis supporting business strategy and company performance. Ms. Davis has nearly 26 years experience in specialty polymers, lube and fuel additives technology. She has held various positions in operations, strategic planning, technical, product management, marketing and new business development. Prior to joining our Company, Ms. Davis held various technical and business assignments at ExxonMobil. Ms. Davis received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Miguel A. DesdinSenior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Miguel A. Desdin was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company in June 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Desdin served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Furmanite Corporation from April 2009 to December 2009. He also held senior leadership roles with Celanese Corporation, serving as Vice President and Controller from July 2007 to April 2009 and as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis from September 2005 to June 2007. Previously, Mr. Desdin was employed by Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, serving as Vice President and Treasurer from January 2004 to August 2005 and as Vice President of Finance, Performance Chemicals from September 2001 to December 2003. Mr. Desdin's prior experience includes strategic planning and all finance-related functions, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and SEC reporting. He holds a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.

Shelly Heuser was appointed as Vice President of Supply Chain in May 2010. Prior to joining our Company, Ms. Heuser served as Vice President of Manufacturing at LyondellBasell Industries from May 2008 to May 2010. She has more than 20 years of industry experience and has held various leadership positions in engineering, operational excellence, site management, human resources and operations planning. Ms. Heuser received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

Paula S. SharpVice President of Human Resources

Paula S. Sharp was appointed as Vice President of Human Resources in January 2007. Prior to joining our Company, Ms. Sharp served as Human Resources Director with BP America from 2000 to January 2007. Ms. Sharp received a B.B.A. from Lamar University and an M.B.A. from DePaul University. She is also an instructor in Rice University's Glasscock School of Continuing Studies in the Human Resources Professional Development program.

Mr. Whitlow brings more than 30 years of diversified experience in both small and large companies, including commodity and specialty chemicals, oil and gas, money management and banking. Prior to joining TPC, he was a consultant for Tatum Partners, LLP, an executive services and consulting firm. Before this he served as Sr. VP, CFO and Treasurer of Borden Chemicals and Plastics, a Master Limited Partnership traded on the NYSE with annual revenue of $500 million. He also served as the senior financial officer for CONDEA Vista Company, the successor of Vista Chemical Company, one of the world's largest surfactant chemical company's and the fifth largest producer of polyvinyl chloride in the United States. Mr. Whitlow holds a BS from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.

Roger WollenbergVice President and Corporate Controller

Roger Wollenberg was appointed as Vice President and Corporate Controller in September 2006. Mr. Wollenberg previously served as global controller for the Epoxy and Coatings Resins Division of Hexion Specialty Chemicals and global controller for Resolution Performance Products, from 2003 to 2006, where he was responsible for worldwide accounting, management and SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Mr. Wollenberg has a B.S. in Accounting from Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
